Building the Enchanted Mortar

Luna gives you the Enchanted Mortar blueprint during 'The need for Herbs' main story quest. Build it with 5 Iron Bars and 10 Refined Stone and place it somewhere you pass often.

Grinding

Interact with the mortar and load Rose Quartz — one piece per batch of Quartz Dust. Scale up by loading more Rose Quartz.
